Our busy bees collected nectar during the heat of summer and made this wonderful and flavourful honey. Never heated or pasteurized this local honey has the integrity of natural product. To retain even more nutrients and make it as close as possible to the in-hive stage this honey is minimal filtered and not beaten up. As all natural honeys this honey will confirm its wholeness by crystallizing into a semi-solid/solid form. Gently heat it to reliquify. Packaged in 1kg pails. Pickup at our locations.
