Our local honey is sourced from canola, alfalfa, white and red clover plus wildflowers. After extracting the honey basically does not pass thorough commercial processing such as heating and micro filtering. This honey is never heated and is minimally filtered to retain the closest properties to the organic in-hive state. Packaged in 5.5kg pails. Pickup at our locations. Delivery available.
