Our pullets are locally hatched from eggs laid by our flock of hardy barnyard chickens. They are a hardy mix between Rhode Island Red, Barnyard, and Lavender Orpintgon making them a perfect choice for small operations and homesteads that are making steps toward self sufficiency. Perfect for both meat and eggs, these pullets have an extended instinct of broodiness to make their own nests and hatch them into chicks. Will begin laying brown - light brown eggs at 10-12 weeks. Available in the summer and autumn months. Pickup at farm location.
